The BART officer that shot this unarmed man in the back needs to be found and beaten to death with a baseball bat by a citizen. These scum get away with too much and treat us like slaves and cattle, when they're supposed to be a public servant. The law isn't going to deal with him, so the people should.

More on the victim and situation

UPDATE! (2009/01/14): They finally arrested the scum, Johannes Mehserle, and have charged him with murder! I never thought they would do the right thing like this. This is good news, but I still wish citizens would have gotten to him before the law did. We will see if they actually follow it all the way through and obtain a murder conviction, and not some weak plea bargain, and serve justice.

I love fog. All during December we've been getting lots of fog, and even some snow, in Austin. So this morning when I woke up to see pretty thick fog I grabbed the video camera and went out to get some of it on video. Woo?

The night before last it snowed in Austin! I hadn't seen snow here since December of 2003 when it snowed 4 inches. So I had to get out the video camera this time to record it. The really weird thing is that it was 71° the night before when I got home from work, then the very next night it's like 34° and snowing. Texas weather is weird. :)

I took one of those "political compass" tests, and it turned out just as I thought it would. I'm a slightly left-leaning Libertarian. I am also almost a polar opposite of Dubya, which I also expected.

Piper Palin flipping off another kid on stage at a rally in June (pre-V.P. nod). =)

Piper Palin

Update (2008/10/08): Although very cute, it turns out it is a hoax and the photo was in fact doctored. They did a good job and left the EXIF data in the photo intact though.. Good stuff. I'm gonna leave it up though just because I like it so much.

That worthless piece of shit John McCain helped Charles Keating defraud us of billions before, and now he wants us to trust him to help fix this latest banker fraud crap? He must be joking.
